Anthony Lenard is a Florida native with over 30 years of direct field experience in the HVAC and indoor air quality industries. He is licensed as both an AC contractor and mold inspector, giving him the unique ability to inspect your HVAC system equipment, something other mold inspectors are not legally allowed to do.
Additionally, he sits on the President’s Council of the National Organization of Remediators and Microbial Inspectors (NORMI), and is a member of trade associations like the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and the National Comfort Institute (NCI). He holds over 35 different industry certifications, including:
Kailey is a third-generation Floridian who grew up in the Sarasota area, surrounded by the construction industry from the early days of her childhood through now. She developed an early appreciation for how homes and buildings work, and a genuine interest in the health of the spaces people live in.
After deciding to pursue that interest full time, Kailey joined Building Performance Solutions, working directly alongside Anthony as his assistant in the field. Working on mold inspections in the field every day gave her hands on experience with sampling, assessments, and the science behind indoor air quality, and her skills grew quickly with the combination of Anthony’s mentorship and a genuine interest in the Indoor Air Quality, Mold Assessment, and Building Science arenas.
Today, Kailey leads operations at BPS. She is often the first person that clients speak with, and she manages scheduling, communication, and makes sure that every client is supported from the first call through their final report. A lifelong lover of science, Kailey finds genuine purpose in work that combines scientific problem solving with helping families and businesses breathe easier. She plans to pursue her Certified Mold Assessor (CMA) credential in the near future.
